About Us
Meet the Owner of Personalized Touch Catering - Patty Sparks and her Husband Bobby Sparks. Her right-hand man! Patty and Bobby have been married since 1991 and were high school sweethearts. They have two biological children Peggy and Robby. They also have guardianship of their two great nieces Aryn and Ashlyn and recently gained Mason as a son-in-law. They have lived in Hollywood Maryland all their life. Before Patty started her business she worked for the FBI, PRB, and Northrop Grumman as an Administrator Assistant. She has always been very detail-oriented and makes sure all your needs are met.
In January 2020. Melissa Davis joined Personalized Touch Catering as a full-time chef.

"I started cooking in 2006 at the age of 17 and decided to choose the career path by going to a local culinary school in Philadelphia after graduation. I started from the bottom of the ranks doing prep and short-order cooking with the goal to someday be a head chef.

In 2013, with hard-earned experience and respect from many different chefs and companies, I was finally running a crew and kitchen. Then in 2016, my pride had me try my hand at a spot in Gordon Ramsay's restaurant on Hell's Kitchen.

After the show, I took a short break from cooking to focus on my family. I have been raising 3 beautiful children, a daughter and twin boys with my amazing husband. It's time for my culinary comeback!"
